Just wanted to give some props to the Napa in Tualiton.

I was out runnin around today and went to Bridgeport to grab some things. When it came time to leave my starter didn't want to cooperate. After many attempts and trying to convince it to start one more time it just wasn't happening. Jumped on my Blackberry navi and found the closest Napa to be 1.6 miles away, gave them a call, they had one in stock. Didn't think they would deliver it but asked anyways and without hesitation he says no problem, where ya at and I'll run it to ya.

Gave him my CC number and started pulling the old one. He showed up within 15 minutes with new starter and hung around to make sure it was the correct one and such. He offered to stick around and take the old one back for the core but I told him he didn't have to and I'd run it back when I was done. Short time later it was done, drove the old one to them for the core, thanked them, and was on my way.

Maybe this is standard practice but I thought that was real cool of them to run it out without hesitation. Saved me a lot of hassle. They may be getting a couple pizza's delivered next week at lunch for it.

A good store is hard to find. If I were in the area I'd give that one all of my business.

Yeah, too bad they aren't really in my area either but I am spreading the word the best I can. The two Napa's that are in my area have treated me very well also. Of course it helps that the two out here are owned by the same people and I have a friend who is an outside salesperson for them.
