Post Re: 03 Tacoma TRD
I'm not to worried about most places, I don't like to do a lot of mud, but the trails is where it's at. Wouldn't mind trying a little baja either.

Thanks for the compliments on the rig, still have a few things to get done on it. Would like to build a spare tire carrier that would accomidate my two full size spares, and maybe a headache rack with some lights pointed to the bed. Add reverse lights, and some lights inside my tool box for those night wheeling trips.

If you get some big shocks on it (I mean like 2.5" resevoir shocks or bypasses), we could get you in on a pre-run some time. 8-)

Really?

Thinking of doing an RGR trip to Rimrock. You are welcome to come. Probably mid-July. We go through too many withdrawls in the summer because of the long break between races. Need to get our buds together and do a little death wheelin'

Thanks Jim, am glad to add ya to my truck.
I was thinking about running the new Bilstein with the reservoir, guess it would help out on the desert.
Pre-run would be sweet, only got room for one other passenger though.
Also would love to hit up rim-rock if you think my truck is capable enough. I've only got the rear locker, but all the protection needed.

Josh

Honestly, the body armor and a giant ball sack along with that rear locker and you should be OK. Some of the places will be interesting with the long wheelbase, but you'll have a clear indication of what to expect after cryin' Frank's hill.
