Post What an awesome weekend....
Just got home about an hour ago. Still need to unpack and clean guns but just a few teaser pics....

The view out the front door of my tent.

The view to the south of my tent.

Targets out to 1200 yards.

A better view of the 1200 yard target with my two hits on it at dusk. ;)

Looking back at camp from the 1200 yard target. Under the arrow you can see the camper on the left and the shade tents to the right.

Also killed the 1000 yard target both times I tried for it but never got my cold bore hit on it. Next time.

No doubt. Even though you would have done well hitting all the targets without much instruction, I think you would have gotten a lot of good info on why things did what they did ya know. Doug spent a lot of time showing how the wind was acting/effecting shots. I was at almost 3moa windage at 1200.

We also did a lot of ranging and a few other excercises. I will try to right up what we covered for you and Josh just so you have an idea what we covered. And the spot is very nice, very easy to find. I got a GPS reading from camp and the roads actually have names and show up on google maps. I found our campground on there when I got home. Its only like 5 or 6 miles from the Safeway so not real far out of town. We saw one truck Friday night and one car of kids right after than and then not a soul the rest of the weekend.
