 Re: Bronco's
OK, I'll spill it. . .that pic was taken around 1983 or 1984 at Horn Rapids ORV Park in Richland. There was a race series called the "NWORRA" that (I think maybe) was an offshoot of VORRA. If I remember correctly, the series only lasted for one year. Most of the racers came from Central Oregon with a few of the big dogs from SCORE/HDRA tagging along to show the kids a thing or two. Now. . .look at the kid standing on the tailgate of the pickup. . cowlick, big ol' Casio watch on his wrist pointing at the desert. . .standing next to a guy that looks suspisciously like Poppy but with a lot darker . Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I think I remember that shirt. I know for a fact that I remember that day. That particular day would be one of the many, many reasons that RGR exists in its current form.

I won't tell you how old I was when that pic was taken.

 Re: Bronco's
That's not me, but I'm sure that we were there. Jim, do you remember our 1966 Bronco with the 302 in it. I think we got it around 1970. It had a Mercedes bench seat in the back. As a matter of fact, you were almost born in it on Patrick grade over the July 4, 1971 weekend. It was a great ride, never raced it, but did a lot of wheeling in it.
