I bought this scope brand new about a month ago. It has been mounted to my .308 and has exactly 116 rounds fired through it. It is in new condition. It is still mounted to the rifle so I can't comment if the rings have left any marks but if they have they are very very minor as the rings are aluminum and were not over torqued. The scope, rings, accessories, and box are easily 9.9 out of 10 condition.
