Lets say that you have them real bad this time of year. Nothing over the counter or prescription seems to do the trick at all. Rarely are you able to breathe through your nose, and even being in an air conditioned building with fresh filters doesn't help, in fact sometimes it makes it worse.

Happens in the city as well as in the country. Sometimes your nose clears up in the country around hay crop but not often.

Only thing that helps is soaking in a cold bath, and that doesn't even always work.

Anyone have any advice or home remedies that they want to share?

Move.

I used to get them bad. 2 claritin every morning (costco has them CHEAP), and a Singulair before bed.

And my Doc told me that I can take 3 or 4 Claritin. He said that the only reason that they are 10mg instead of 30mg (like they are in Canada) is so the can market them as non-drowsy.

My allergies, have been driving me nuts the past few days also. I can't stop from sneezing and having a runny nose.
