Been seeing more and more of those things show up in the snow park. They look like a blast, I would imagine it's a pain to shift gears with snow boots on though.

Tim the shifting is ok, i've riden it with pack boots as well HMK sled boots. My big issue is no arch support in winter boots. I'm looking into felt pack boot liners and regular moto boots just cant find a local shop that stocks a size 13 riding boot. You should try and ride one if possable. They are way different than a sled. You turn more like a street bike leaning rather than by the bars, and amazingly fast through the trees. Im riding single track trails that we ride in the summer! You could do some of the trails on a sled but we both know how expensive hoods, windshields and skis are.

I'd love to try one but I don't know anyone locally that has one. Nobody I know has the money to try one.
You might want to give snow boarding boots a try. I know a few people are riding sleds with them. Not sure how they would be on a bike though.

How's the snow out your way we had great snow till it warmed up last week. I didn't even try it last weekend. It was 40 and raining on all the passes here.

We had good snow as well got a fresh foot at the house then rain and warm temps the last few days. Probably lost 6 to 8 due to the rain. We had almost 40" at the house at 2600 ft elev. I was looking at getting a newer 09/10 800 sled and found the bike on CL and watched it for 2 months before I went and looked at it. Picked it for $ 5400.00 For the money it was a no brainer as its a street plated too. With tons of spares, hell the back of the expedition was full 2 sets of wheels,2 different dezert tanks,2 seats ,3 complete sets of plastics. every factory manual and full KTM dealer service since new. I think just the kit from 2moto is like $ 4700.00
