El Chivo is a 2006 Ford Ranger 4x4 Sport. . .don't let his mild appearance fool you. He is a RumbleGoat in Sheep's clothing. Crazy Secret Squirrel ECM modifications, larger Ford injectors, and 3" twice pipes create more power than he needs. El Chivo breathes through a UMP under the dash while his driver and co-goat use dual Parker Pumpers. All this power and heavy breathing are protected by miles of Chromoly tube hidden sleekly beneath his hide. Suspension control is via 6. . yes, 6. . .Sway-A-Way RaceRunner 3-tube bypass shocks along with torsion bars and Deaver springs. El Chivo's hooves are Goodyear MT/Rs to have maximum bite and puncture resistance. His rearend is locked up as well. Mastercraft seats, belts and limit straps along with Autometer gauges, a State Transmission 5 speed auto with a Transgo shift kit, and a complete commuications sytem from Rugged Race Products rounds out El Chivo's arsenal. Fun toy!  I was told Chivo is mexican slang for the AK-47, apparently the curved magazine resembles a goat horn.

Is there a section I'm missing that has pics of the build? Cage detail, suspension work, dash/cab layout, bed layout, etc? And specs/dimensions of this beast? |
