Or they would have if I hadn't had to bail out. We had a blackout at my house until about 3AM :o

Update: The Jive Turkey's cage is coming along nicely with Jose installing the diagonal kickers.

El Chivo is getting the finishing touches on the front suspension along with some new brake pads while Fozzie gets the new rear corner straightened around. Even though this bit of bodywork is temporary, he is doing a very nice job. Very nice.

If Excel can kick one out, I'll pick it up and bring it with this weekend.

Tonight we got the truck ON the ground. We need to get new U-bolts made, shocks charged and the clevisisisisisis installed on the limit straps, but El Chivo is very close to running and driving condition. Steve is ready to put some pudding on the corner and get the body-sculpting all done and he even had a minute to get the seats out of his Scout so Jose can finish welding on the cage.

I Blackberried a few pics to Trophygirl of the truck's new stance since I forgot my actual camera again. El Chivo is riding more where we want him. More like a race truck. 8-) Maybe she'll post them in the morning, but rumor has it that she and JBS4x4 had a little adventure of their own several hours from home :o . Next up is finishing up the suspension and doing some testing before the final nut/bolt cleanup job.

Yeah, got home at 2am. Went to Auburn Car Repair and Offroad to pick up my Honda. Got to the gas station and it sprung a coolant leak. Got it back to the shop by 10pm and John (Avanteone), the owner, fixed 'er right up and sent me on my way! Thanks John!

Pics will be posted later today.
