Hmm, I think a handheld is in my future......

I finally got some VHF radios in that can be permanent for you guys. I may be able to set aside an extra one or two for future use also. I will get them setup and tested.

FYI some of the frequencies that are being used are licenced to government agencies here local. I will try to get a list of channels that are safe to use in this area for truck testing if needed. They are safe to use in the desert of Vegas or Mexico, but it changes per state.

Don't want the FCC coming down on you guys. I'll get that info to ya when we swap the radios for the permanent ones.

Jim, and or Bill jr. I think we new a handheld for in the pits.... something like an Icon f11. I would be willing to throw down for one if bill could find one for the team... watcha think?

I'll see what I can come up with. Used VHF portables are rare. Atleast a 5 Watt portable.
